Mike Weinch joined Eden in 2022, serving as the Director of Construction.
He holds an Industrial Engineering Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University, and professional certifications as a Florida certified general contractor, PMP, and six sigma black belt. Prior to joining Eden, he spent over 10 years in the field with top national home builders in both project manager and senior management roles. He is a devoted husband and father of 2 boys, also serving as their baseball coach.
